The price for the Academy is as follows:
- SFO Special Functions Officer– CJ 1070 (9 credit course) Fee Justification : Tuition $2250.00
- LEO I Law Enforcement Officer Part 1 – CJ 1080 (6 credit course) Fee Justification: Tuition $1950.00
- LEO II Law Enforcement Officer Part 2– CJ 1090 (7 credit course) Fee Justification: Tuition $1950.00
You must be paid in full to receive a certificate of completion.
Cadets must purchase their own ammunition for the LEO session. (Contact Sarah for more info)
Uniforms are required and are not provided by the academy.

Insurance
POST does not provide insurance benefits to students attending the Satellite Academies. Students are expected to provide their own insurance protection for injuries that may occur while participating in any basic training program.
Academic Requirements
Students will be required to maintain a high academic standard through frequent tests and quizzes. Failure to meet the minimum academic requirements will result in expulsion from the Academy.
University Credit/ Tuition Assistance
The Academy is now approved for university credit making financial aid and tuition assistance possible. Please look for information on applying for financial aid and completing the FAFSA form at http://financialaid.utahtech.edu. Completing this form will tell you if you qualify for financial aid. Complete the “Free Application for Federal Student Aid” (FAFSA). Submit it to the Federal processor at least 8 weeks before the semester for which you want to receive aid. Utah Tech University’s school code is 003671. Visit the FAFSA website at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.
